Chef Kate Gabriele, a native of Mountain Top Pennsylvania and chef/host of “Cooking with Kate” at Rustic Kitchen Bistro & Bar at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs simply loves to cook! While Kate’s travels have taken her across the pond and to all points across America, home is where her heart is, back home in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
